Deploying EBP under Weblogic Application Server

This is part of the Heirloom Computing Elastic Batch Platform.

To deploy EBP on Weblogic, please follow the following steps:

1.  Add this runtime variable to the Weblogic startup script.  It will ensure successfully license lookup  -DUseSunHttpHandler=true

2.  Extract the contents of ebp.war into a directory and deploy it as an exploded directory.  This ensures that all file access to property files, message files, etc. happens without errors.
