Problem starting the elastic cobol in eclipse after installation on Windows XP.

Hi I just download a trial subscription of the "elastic Cobol" and installed it on my Windows XP laptop (yeah I know if it is old). I already had a Java SDK installed. and I'm using the eclipse that came with the download. When I first tried to start eclipse I was getting an error it could not find the license file. I copied the one supplied to me into a number of places and I think I got past that issue. Now when I try to start eclipse I get

HCI902E Failed checking Heirloom Computing subscription (Error 12).
Unable to load localized error message HCI90212
Parameters are:[Ljava.lang.Object

Any help you can provide would be great,
