Error: "Problems opening perspective"

If you receive the message "Problems opening perspective com.heirloomcomputing.ecd.ui.CobolPerspective" when attempting to open the Elastic Cobol perspective in Eclipse, you have probably forgotten to copy your elasticcobol.properties license file into your  home directory. On Windows 7, this would be C:\Users\your-user-id\elasticcobol.properties
