PF Keys not working from keyboard on Windows 2008 Server or Windows 2003 Server

If the PF Keys work when you click o the PF Key buttons (on the screen) for the running COBOL program, but do not work when pressed from the keyboard, an Internet Explorer setting may be causing this.

On Windows Server 2008

1. Go to Server Manager
2. Click the top item in the tree labeled "Server Manager"
3. On the page that appears, go to "Security Information"
4. Look for "Configure IE ESC" on the right and disable the feature
5. Close all Internet Explorer browsers

On Windows Server 2003

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Open "Add or Remove Programs"
3. Select "Add/Remove Windows Components"
4. Uncheck the checkbox labeled "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration" and click "Next"
5. Close all Internet Explorer browsers
