Why does my subscription not have a 14-day trial included?

There are 3 likely scenarios for this:

• You are subscribing to Elastic Transaction Platform (ETP) - there are no trial periods for this product.
• You have previously subscribed - you are allowed only 1 trail period.
• You have cancelled  your subscription before the trial period expired - you are allowed only 1 trial period.
